A recent interest in the concept of 'gang' within pop culture led to this exploration of 'gang' in unexpected, everyday places. I landed on a peculiar convenience store employee. Ratchet. Seasoned. May or may not be a reimagined Singaporean gang member.

Designed his look through iterative text prompts with visual references of character, clothing and accessories. Once the design was finalised, I created a character sheet, which became the basis for my scene prompts. Did the same for the environment. Also, my first time using Higgsfield Cinema Studio. Described my vision in natural language to its AI Director chatbot, who helped translate that vision into a detailed prompt. I finessed that prompt and fed into its video generator and was impressed! Felt that it unlocked that feeling of film directing in a more organic way. Can't wait to explore this further.
